GET HELP NOW

Finding housing can be tough. You don't have to navigate it alone.

Finding a place to live is often only one part of the process. Applications, documentation, eligibility requirements, communication with housing providers, and other barriers can make an already difficult situation even harder.

Advanced Healthcare Administration (AHA) helps eligible members navigate those steps with personalized support built around their individual housing needs, circumstances, and goals.

Learn More About What We Do

Housing Navigation & Support Through CalAIM

AHA provides housing-related Community Supports through applicable CalAIM programs. CalAIM is a statewide initiative transforming Medi-Cal to better address both healthcare and health-related needs, including housing stability.

Housing Transition Navigation Services

AHA helps eligible members navigate the process of finding, applying for, and securing housing, including identifying housing needs, developing a housing plan, completing applications, and working through barriers that come up along the way.

Housing Tenancy & Sustaining Services

Getting housed is an important step. Staying housed matters, too. AHA provides ongoing support to help eligible members maintain safe and stable tenancy, address housing-related challenges, and connect with appropriate resources when needed.

Housing Deposits For Eligible Members

For eligible members, certain housing-related deposits may be available through applicable CalAIM Community Supports. Housing Deposit services are based on program eligibility, authorization, available resources, and AHA's current capacity.

Not Sure If You Qualify?

Eligibility for CalAIM Community Supports depends on factors including Medi-Cal health plan requirements, program eligibility, housing needs, and the specific service requested.

AHA is not a general rental or financial assistance program. Housing placement, rental assistance, deposits, and other financial support are not automatically available to everyone who contacts AHA and are not guaranteed.

If you're unsure whether AHA's services may be right for you, our team can help you understand the next step.
